Best Tablet, that I have for art working is the Samsung S8 Ultra and also own smaller S4 versions. The stylus on these very responsive and great for sketching, drawing and painting.
The S8 Tablet has a large screen (14.5") and an android operating system, and purchased second hand from eBay in 2024
Tablet programmes I use and why
I use ArtFlow for general tablet drawing and painting.
I use Sketchpad for detailed work
I use ArtRage for full vibrant oil paint colours and for introducing people to graphical art using a tablet.

Major Graphical art packages with close to real world effects
Rebelle 7 is my Major Graphical art package that works on my pc's with a 22" XP-PEN touch screen. The watercolour working on the screen is amazing. It allows control of the water and colour mixing on the screen.
